SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Items purchased will be sent to with Post Canada express services and internationally with DHL express services.
Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All purchases will be shipped with an express service and a tracking number.
A shipping confirmation with the tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped.

Orders are shipped from Montreal, Canada after 15/20 business days after we receive the payment due to the fact that our items are custom made to fit you perfectly and our accessories are handmade as well .
CAELUS cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays, including national and international holidays.
CAELUS is pleased to offer free shipping to Canada on all orders and free shipping to the US and Worldwide on orders of 1600$ and up.
Unfortunately, CAELUS is not responsible for duties and custom fees that may apply on international orders.
CAELUS makes it a priority to ensure your complete satisfaction.
All items are quality controlled and checked for faults before they are shipped to customers.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify our exchange policy at any time.
We only accept returns if items are defective or damaged.
All returns must be requested by sending an email to Info@caelus.art within 15 days of receiving the Item(s).

Please use this as a reference for your subject line: ‘’Exchange request, item information’’. Be sure to include : your name, email, and order number.
If the item you would like is no longer available or the exchange is not accepted it will not make it eligible for a refund.
Once an exchange is accepted and the new size/item is put aside, the original item must be shipped back at the customer's expense.
A copy of the original receipt or a proof of purchase must accompany the exchange to be validated.
You are encouraged to ship your exchange using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your item.
You will receive an email notification once your item is received, another once we have evaluated the item(s) condition and again when we ship the exchanged items.
Please allow 15/20 days business days for the new items to be shipped.
Item(s) must be sent back in original/saleable condition, Unharmed, unworn, unaltered, free from any odors, still in its original packaging and with all hang tags and labels attached.
CAELUS reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above criteria.
In such instances, the product(s) will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
Item can only be exchanged once and are considered final sale.
Shipping cost are not refundable.
We do not offer credit notes. All refund will be return to the original method of payment.
